  • We aim to start most projects within 1–2 weeks of agreement, depending on current demand. We’ll confirm availability when we scope your project.

  • No. Workshops are fully standalone — you’re free to use the outputs however you like. Many clients do choose to move into an App Build afterward, but there’s no obligation.

  • All projects are fixed fee. Payment terms are simple: 50% due at project start, 50% upon completion and delivery. For projects under $5K, payment is typically collected in full upfront.

  • Each project (Workshop or App Build) is scoped and priced for a defined outcome. Feedback and clarifications are welcome during delivery — but new ideas, changes to direction, or additional work are handled as new projects. This keeps things clean and avoids surprises on both sides.

  • Most App Builds are built using proven modern web technologies (typically Replit, Flask, Tailwind, Postgres, with AI tooling and N8N, Zapier integrations where relevant). We design for speed, flexibility, and maintainability — and you fully own what we deliver.

  • Yes. We provide full access to your codebase, along with documentation and training where needed. If ongoing support is desired, that can be scoped as a separate project.

  • Projects are designed to minimize time required from you. After the initial kickoff (Workshop or App Build planning), we typically check in at key milestones and for final delivery review. You won’t be stuck in endless meetings — that’s the point.

  • Absolutely. Many clients run multiple builds over time, progressively evolving their product or automating new parts of their business. Each sprint is treated as its own project, with scope and fee agreed to up front.

  • Yes — we offer optional Support & Enhancement Packs that give you access to small tweaks, enhancements, and support after delivery. These are structured as prepaid blocks, not open-ended retainers — keeping the model simple and predictable.

  • No — you fully own your code and deliverables. Many clients choose to engage us for future improvements or support, but this is always optional and structured as a new project or Support Pack.

  • Startedby focuses on fixed-scope, fixed-fee projects — that’s what makes our model simple and fast. For ongoing needs, we offer prepaid Support & Enhancement Packs or structured multi-sprint engagements, rather than open-ended retainers.
